Hi Erika

Your new website looks great and the quilts look fantastic against the black - so colourful, bright and warm. What you and the others are doing is wonderful. Having gone through the big C myself and having lost my mum to cancer, I know some of the horrors that this dreadful disease brings. Your quilts and pillows are giving kids and adults alike comfort during such a difficult time. You and Shannon's Army are angels.

I'm so sorry that Shannon has gone to heaven. I cannot imagine your loss and the depth of your sorrow. I don't know what to say but Shannon's Army is bringing sunlight to many people.

Hugs
Shauna

I have nothing but praise for you,for doing what you are doing for other cancer sufferers, and their families, out of your own heartbreak! Good on you,you are doing something truly wonderful.

A very moving and lovely story about Shannon and the way you have chosen to remember him and to honour that memory by helping others - not just the cancer patients, but their families too; because I'm sure it helps a little bit to know that sombody cares a whole lot, enough to make a quilt. I'm thinking about what I can do to help...

Hi Erika a wonderful new website and a whole new year ahead. I know you see this differently since your little soldier left you but it is a whole new year of possibilities. Imagine this time last year we had not met and now I am able to spread the word about the gorgeous little boy and his very brave mum Erika. Keep up the good work with the studies ...so pleased to hear you are a step grandma.....twice!
My love to you.
Kathleen

Thank you kindly for that beautiful website that's so amazing and sharing thoughtful memorable moment I will cherish.

It made me emotional and I felt a portion of your burning everlasting pain, he looked so cute in his army gear and that website will always remain in my heart, what a beautiful son, Erika.

You will meet again with open arms.

Cliff.

Hi Erika
I am one of a few female soldiers serving in Afghanistan supporting our "special" boys at the moment. We received your care package which included the Aussie Hero quilt which is the first one in your photos. We were very humbled and stunned by the beautiful work and love that has gone into the quilt. This quilt will now be passed on to each new lady that comes to serve here. We are very proud and appreciative of the support that you have shown and will proudly display the quilt to show your support and also in memory of your gorgeous little boy. Many thanks and take care.
